NewBridge Bank Park
Many baseball fans are filling NewBridge Bank Park, the new home of the
Greensboro Grasshoppers. The park has a seating capacity of 8,000, including
5,300 chair back seats, with other seating available. It also features
16 luxury suites, 20 Grand Stand Boxes, picnic areas, The Grand Stand party
deck and children's play ground area as well as state of the art retail
store. Fans have clear views of the game from any vantage point in the
stadium, and easy access to concession outlets. Convenient downtown parking
is available around the park.
The scoreboard is 66 feet tall with a 17'-7" x 23'-6" video board and it si the second largest video board in minor league baseball.
As baseball is a favorite source of entertainment for families, fans and corporate functions, the ballpark will be a major contributor to the area's economic growth, while creating an epicenter to downtown Greensboro's entertainment, nightlife and cultural offerings.
