The concentration of financial and business services companies – including data centers, customer service centers, and banking – continues to grow.  Citigroup chose Guilford County for a new 175,000-square-foot Citi Cards call center facility – adding 1,000 new employees over the past two years.  In 2007, two North Carolina banks, FNB Southeast and Lexington State Bank merged and chose Greensboro for their corporate headquarters. 

Greensboro is a hub for today’s thriving financial services economy.
