Dynamic Express Leases Building In Greensboro

July 9, 2010 (Greensboro, NC) - Dynamic Express, a third-party logistics company based in Kearny, NJ, has signed a lease for a 278,000 square foot warehouse near the Piedmont Triad International Airport. Dynamic Express’s new facility in Greensboro will serve Macy’s, however, the building has room to distribute goods for other retailers and manufacturers. For Macy’s, Dynamic Express will receive freight in Greensboro, consolidate it and ship the goods out to 15 Macy’s distribution centers across the country. Shipments arriving at those centers will be distributed directly to Macy’s stores. The new facility is designed to get merchandise to stores quicker and reduce overall transportation costs.
