Greensboro Economic Development Alliance Develops New Higher Education Brochure

August 22, 2011 – (Greensboro, NC) – The Greensboro Economic Development Alliance is pleased to announce that the 2011 Higher Education Brochure is now available in print and online.  The brochure provides detailed information on our regional colleges and universities.

“Greensboro and the Triad are located in one of the most educationally-rich corridors in the Southeast,” commented Dan Lynch, President of the Greensboro Economic Development Alliance.  “Our regional institutions of higher education play a key role in creating higher-paying jobs in our area, along with building the area’s momentum as a progressive, innovative place to live and work.  Companies that are targeting the Triad as a location for future operations need to be familiar with our educational assets and the outstanding programs that are available locally.”

The 2011 Higher Education Brochure includes an overview of programs offered at each institution of higher education along with current enrollment numbers, number of degrees conferred in May of 2011, and special features of each college and university.  To view the online PDF, please visit www.greensboroeda.com.  For additional information, please contact Gail Vadia at (336) 387-8332 or gvadia@greensboro.org.
